These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between dkbet and its users ("you", "user"). dkbet is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at dkbet, you must provide genuine and accurate information. dkbet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.

Each person is permitted to open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

2.2 Age Requirement

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at dkbet is ৳500 (five hundred taka), applicable to all accepted payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any other method are not accepted.

The details provided at the time of deposit and the account details must belong to the same person. Depositing using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Your account must have a sufficient balance and all applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account. dkbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

dkbet offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳10,000, the maximum bonus will be ৳8,000, making your total balance ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). The current wagering multiplier is 25x.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in total bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account, per device, and per IP address.
• Meeting the specified wagering requirements before cashing out a bonus is mandatory.
• dkbet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Fair Play Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dkbet and will result in account closure if detected:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus hunting behavior — following specific betting patterns solely to obtain bonuses.
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
• Colluding with other users to commit fraud.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.

5.2 Game Integrity
